Shipping and Pick-Up Methods

We offer various shipping and pick-up options to meet everyone’s needs. Every day, we ship goods from our warehouses in Hazerswoude-Dorp (The Netherlands) and Pennsauken Township (New Jersey, USA) to over 75 countries worldwide. Minimum order values and shipping costs vary by region. In some regions, shipping is free for orders above a set amount.

Partial deliveries may occur if some products are not immediately available. In general, in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days. While we do not yet deliver to all countries, it is possible to arrange your own transport or choose to pick up the goods if delivery is not available.

Pick-up is possible on working days during our warehouse opening hours. We offer two pick-up options:

• Customer pick-up: where you pick up the goods yourself. Note: for this option, goods are not palletized.


• Carrier pick-up: where a self-arranged external carrier picks up the goods; goods will be palletized.

We strive to provide you with a smooth and flexible experience, both when shipping and picking up.

Pick-up is by appointment so our team can prepare accordingly.
