Shipping and pickup methods

We offer a variety of shipping and pickup options to meet everyone's needs. Every day we ship goods from our warehouses in Hazerswoude-Dorp (The Netherlands) and Pennsauken Township (New Jersey, USA) to more than 75 countries around the world. Minimum order value and shipping costs vary by region. For certain regions there is free shipping on orders above a set amount.

As a wholesale company, we only ship palletized orders via freight carriers.

Backorders will be shipped at the same rate of the initial order if they are able to be palletized. Smaller shipments will be capped at a higher tier.

Customers are also welcome to pick up orders at our warehouse in Pennsauken Township, NJ, by appointment made at least 24 hours in advance.
